Sofar Sounds is known for organizing intimate musical experiences across the world. As part of their Washington DC show, I created a poster that seamlessly captures the essence of DC's vibrant summer ambiance and the soul of music. Using a combination of watercolor illustrations and vector shapes, I crafted a visually engaging design that seamlessly blends these elements.
The central geometric form is a stylized version of the iconic monument, presented from a unique top-angle perspective, establishing a visual connection between the event, the city, and the spirit of the season.
